Delivery is a flat rate of $15 and estimated delivery is between 7-10 days.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
All orders are processed and dispatched by our showroom within 12 days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.
You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, our shipping provider will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange pick up or redelivery.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Stanno is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

Once your order arrives, if you have any issues or concerns, please contact your Club Representative directly. Your Club Representative will then liaise with Stanno to rectify any issues
Please note that Stanno takes no responsibility for orders that include garments of the incorrect size. All garments are custom-made, including club or team-specific embroidery and digital graphics. As such, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be supplied for orders that contain garments of incorrect sizes. Please ensure that you use our sizing chart before placing an order.
